DESCRIPTION: MUST BE ABLE TO SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY OPERATE TWO STAGE
WALK BEHIND SNOWBLOWERS. MUST BE ABLE TO KNOW HOW TO EFFICIENTLY AND
SAFELY OPERATE WALK BEHIND SALT SPREADERS TO APPLY DE-ICING MATERIALS TO
WALKWAYS AND STEPS. MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT INSTRUCTIONS FROM
SUPERVISOR ON HOW TO COMPLETE JOB TO THE CUSTOMER'S SATISACTION. JOB ALSO INCLUDES OTHER
TASKS THAT MAY BE NEEDED IN WINTER OPERATIONS TO MAINTAIN A SAFE
ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR CLIENTS. EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS: FOR
POSITIONS: MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS OF WEIGHT AND BE ABLE TO WORK IN
EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. PAY RATE: COMPENSATION FOR POSITION: $17.00 per hour POSITION 2 Position 2: SIDEWALK CREW FOREMAN JOB DESCRIPTION: RESPONSIBLITIES: MANAGAING UP TO 9 TEAM MEMBERS DURING WINTER CONDITIONS TO PERFORM THE TASK OF MAKING SIDEWALKS CLEAR AND SAFE FOR PEDESTRIANS. THIS MAY INCLUDE APPLYING ICE MELT, USING SNOW BLOWERS, SPREADERS, SHOVELS. SKILLS

DESCRIPTION: MUST BE
ABLE TO SAFELY AND PROFICIENTLY OPERATE BOBCAT / LOADER IN THE FUNCTION OF
SNOW PLOWING AND SNOW RELOCATION.
MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE MACHINE WITH PUSHER BOX, PLOW, AND
BUCKET. RESPONSIBILITY: i.
